PERMACULTURE PERCEPTIONS

Permaculture is a hands-on design application of nature's interdependent systems - those same systems that were perfected over 3.4 billion years of experimentation.  As a design methodology, Permaculture Principles can be applied to anything.

They shift the focus of attention from individual objects to their relationships, offering us an entirely new understanding of how and why things interconnect and develop over time.  Using art, games (many developed by Australians Robin Clayfield and Skye), hikes, and natural observation, we will playfully expand our perception of the possible in any aspect of life.

Want to permaculture your finances, your house, your relationships?  Let's do it!

Re-perceive your world and its possibilities while learning ways to design diverse aspects of life using nature’s wisdom.  Appropriate for anyone who likes dirt, gardening, and exploring the leading edges of perception.

Benefits of this class:

  1. Learn hands-on methods for perceiving and designing your (inner and outer) landscape.
  2. Learn how PC perceptions can help expand your options in life – far beyond the garden.

“The next Buddha will not take the form of an individual.

The next Buddha may take the form of a community;

a community practicing understanding and loving kindness,

a community practicing mindful living.

This may be the most important thing we can do

for the survival of the earth.”

– Thich Nhat Hanh
